Monthly Charity Donations - August's Funds will go to The American Kidney Fund
Every month AoIP donates 10% of our income from our website sales to a charity/fundraiser that is in immediate need, or is a choice from our AoIP community.
August's donation will go to The American Kidney Fund. Our student Valencia Kuykendall, had proposed this for consideration.
Valencia stated that The American Kidney Fund is an organization that helps patients with kidney failure and on dialysis, like me, afford treatment-related expenses such as Medicare/Medicaid, transportation to dialysis centers, prescriptions and many other needs. Also, if a dialysis patient is recovering from a major catastrophe, i.e. hurricane, tornado, flood, the AKF provides assistance by replacing meds, food, household items and pay for pother lost necessities.
Buy purchasing a class or gift certificate on our website in the month of August, you will be participating in making a difference at The American Kidney Fund.
July's donation is going to Woodstock Farm Sanctuary.
